We sell replacement parts for luggage. Product listings include measurements, compatibility information and photos in good faith; it is your responsibility to confirm fit using our size guide before ordering. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the order total shown at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping terms, rates and delivery estimates are described on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery, but we will always work with you to resolve lost or damaged shipments.

Returns and warranty

Luggage brand names mentioned on this site (such as Samsonite, Delsey or Travelpro) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility; WheelShop is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelShop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site, including damage to luggage resulting from improper installation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
