Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time ship the same business day from our US warehouse; orders placed later ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Delivery area
We currently ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses may run 1–3 business days longer.
International orders
We don't offer international shipping at this time. If you're outside the US and need replacement wheels, contact us — we'll happily let you know when international shipping launches.
Tracking your order
Every order includes a tracking number. Track your package anytime on our Track Order page using your order ID and checkout email, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Delays and lost packages
Carriers occasionally experience delays during peak travel seasons and severe weather. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 or more business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll make it right — with a replacement or a full refund.
